Permissions

• https://forms.cloud.microsoft/*: The real Microsoft Forms creator/editor origin (confirmed by direct inspection of the live product; the site does not run on forms.office.com). Needed so the content script can read the editable form's structure on this origin only, to build local version checkpoints. The extension never navigates to or reads the Responses/results experience, and never treats a respondent-facing fill page as an editable source.

Remote code

The extension does not execute remotely hosted code.
